1. Service
WhenWhere is a photo utility that creates a new JPEG with a capture date, time, and approximate administrative area added to a photo you take or choose. It is not a government record-certification, location-proof, or source-authenticity service.
2. Your responsibility
Use only photos you captured or are legally authorized to process. Review the displayed date, time, area, and image before submitting or sharing a result. The app does not certify the authenticity of device time or EXIF information modified outside the app.
3. WhenWhere Pro
The native app includes five completed save or share actions at no charge. Pro is then offered as a one-time, non-consumable lifetime purchase—not a subscription. Apple App Store or Google Play displays the final price and payment terms. Restore with the same store account used for the purchase.
4. Saving and sharing
Your selected device destination or share recipient controls the completed file. Keep your own backup and do not rely on the source or result as the only copy of important material.
